Purpose:The purpose of this paper is to highlight the corporate sustainability as a new management paradigm that has emerged as an alternative to the classical model of growth and maximized profit, embracing and corporate social responsibility. Results:Corporate social responsibility aims to restore harmony between monetary and short term goals of business systems, and social and environmental, long-term goals the community in which it operates, with special emphasis on country in transition. By comparing the actual values that achieve business systems with built-in social responsibility can be confirmedhypothesis that socially responsible business systems to their synergistic action can have a positive impact on the sustainability of development of a country in transition. Conclusions of this work: All new models of management require a higher level of transparency and corporate social responsibility is becoming the norm through which to view the ethics of the organization, as well as readiness for dialogue with nature, people and society as a whole, so that subsequent real step towards a new paradigm of sustainability transitional society.
