Abstract

Managers, in all economic sectors, including the transport has a dominant role in creating a quality culture which implies precisely designed system of quality. All organizational elements of any company's processes in a transport services were subjected to continuous improvement of quality. To create a quality change in the traffic business, the basic requirement for staff is willingness to propose new ideas, regardless of the hierarchical level. Management has a moral responsibility to all consumers in this important economic sphere.
