Judgment Evrepskog Court of Human Rights in the case "Sejdic and Finci" decision was 22.12.2009. and refers to the commitment to eliminate discrimination against ethnic minorities. The implementation of the judgment by amending the Constitution and the relevant Act, one of the conditions for applying and joining the European Union and Euro Atlantic integration (NATO). Currently the attitudes towards the EU this requirement is not priority or obligation to carry out the same judgment remains. This study aims to point out the legal, political and international importance of the implementation of the said judgment.
