Abstract

Organizational culture as a complex scientific phenomenon dating from the end of the 20th century shares from different definitions by different authors common features such as: common attitudes, values, symbols, ethics, identity, image, learning and working practices. In this context, we can certainly, through shared but different history and culture of our countries in the region, design the need for a far more significant economic, cultural, sports and general cooperation. Revival of the common market by an open form of organizational culture is our mutual opportunity which must be incorporated into the strategy of organizations and countries with the significant contribution given by managers and government officials. Making an overview of the current state of organizational culture in the economy of the surrounding countries will give us the opportunity to determine how many common characteristics and goals we have; far more common than different. Objective: By setting the objective and the vision of a successful economy in the region, organizational culture has the opportunity to impose and demonstrate its importance and purpose. Outcome: Using organizational culture for the purpose of cooperation between countries in the region provides an efficient and effective outcome. Conclusion: Organizational culture is a long but successful process that is not static and is influenced by numerous external and internal factors.
