The energy sector in BiH is one of the most important economic sectors, with a long tradition and significant potential for further development and investment, and is the largest long-term growth potential due to the fact that BiH produces a surplus of electricity and is one of two countries in the region to export electricity , this has a natural capacity and resources of renewable energije.Na unfortunately, according to the investor, this resource potential does not follow the legislative framework, which is currently hard time and slows down the development of investment in this segment. Private investors stated that the investment process in Bosnia and Herzegovina to the extent unclear that they have a problem to determine which are the exact steps to be taken in obtaining permits and approvals In this paper, the focus is on the process, we sought permission and approval for the purpose of installing investment in renewable sources of energy however, the purpose sagledavamja influence the legislative framework on the development and use of renewable energy sources.
