Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of excessive noise in the urban environment on the occurrence of unacceptable and aggressive behaviors compared to those who live outside a noisy environment. Measuring the intensity of noise in densely populated urban areas was made at 4 locations and also at 4 locations in the suburban areas. The results of research on the attitudes of the respondents who live in the vicinity of intersections of busy streets, where they measured high noise levels have confirmed the presence of different undesirable and aggressive behaviors in relation to residents outside the city center. A statistically significant difference at the level of p = 0.003. This research is an indicator of the negative impact of high noise levels in the population for which it is necessary to carry out complex research on the impact of noise social security situation citizenship.
