We live in a time where different subjects express the different business needs and goals, which ultimately results in different security positioning of subjects. It is therefore important that public and private institutions create a security strategy with a clear objective which is feasible and sustainable for a long period. The security strategy should improve the business process of corporate security because it may eliminate the risks and endangerments that may affect the business activities. In this paper, we provide an answer to how to achieve this goal. We have explained in detail the concept of the security strategy and the manner of its implementation. For data collection, we used a qualitative research approach, and for writing the conclusions we used the triangulation. The results we obtained can be further upgraded with new researches which would include a strategy of public and private partnership in the field of security. The security strategy provides a better understanding of the importance of security to all employees and facilitate a proactive approach in dealing with security problems
