High-performance management is viewed as a natural process of management that contributes to effective management of individuals and teams in order to achieve high levels of organizational performance. As such, time performance management implies performance management, establishes a common understanding of what needs to be achieved in terms of: goals of work, approaches to the management of people and the development of employee competences that ensure that the defined goals are achieved. The aim of the paper is to present propositions offered as a structured approach to the research of three empirically derived theoretical models to better understand their efficiency in application to high performance in organizations. Making performance as a continuous balancing process of different quality definitions aims to contribute to achieving the successful performance of the organization and its employees. Different interests that arise in the organization take place within the framework of human resources, products and habits, external achements and information systems management infrastructure. High efficiency means achieving goals and exceeding expectations set for productivity, quality, customer service, and profit growth. The goal of most business styles is to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The Model of Competitive Values is today an elegant empirically derived model.
