Abstract

Corporate security requires an interdisciplinary approach, however, in addition to the normative framework that protects financially and human capital, this concept extends to other terms and authorities. In this article we talked about corporate security in economic terms, strategic management of the organization, in order to ensure the implementation of business strategy. Due to changing and volatile business conditions today, the paper presents the concept of a "Balanced scorecard model", which is based on the management of business processes and the need to transform the organizational vision and strategy into measurable business objectives, and identify guidelines for the improvement of key competencies and long-term competitive advantages . Balanced Scorecard is a tool to implement the strategy, and not to its creation, so the strategy must be defined prior to implementation. This work sheds light on the concept of strategic management of the organization, which comprises defined vision, mission and business strategy of the company, on the basis of which shall be specified in action and powered plans, objectives, budgets and measuring system in the context of a number of business perspective, through interactive activities. We believe that the model presented in this paper a significant contribution to corporate security in terms of economic downturn science, and strategic management, with particular emphasis on the effects of measures which represent the standards used to assess the actual effects in relation to the expected results.
