Abstract

In today's turbulent environment, organizational survival depends on the ability to adapt, both externally and internaly. The profile of leaders of tomorrow should be considered in the dynamic development of economy and society. Their main task is to predict the future course of development, strategic implementation of the achievements of technological innovation and create new opportunities for enabling business transformation. Innovative processes require a high degree of initiative to start developing leadership opportunities, research support entrepreneurial spirit and atmosphere, the flexibility in business and enabling humane interpersonal relations. The leader of tomorrow will have to find a way to take advantage of every gram of talent and creativity that can be found in his environment. This paper will be discussing the profiling of leaders of tomorrow, leaders who will be able to respond to the challenges and requirements that are dictated by the economic and social development of our society.
