Abstract

In the system of punishable behaviours of natural and legal person, criminal offenses and delicts are distinguished, not only in the Republic of Serbia or in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in various modern criminal justice systems. Therefore, criminal and delict law represent forms or types of penal law as a system of legal norms that determine forbidden and prohibited behaviours that derogate norms of legal system and whose perpetrators are sentenced to certain measurements and sanctions by competent courts in legal proceedings. Delicts represent the most numerous kind of public delicts of natural persons (adults and juvenile persons, and entrepreneurs) and legal persons. In this paper concept, elements, characteristics, forms of manifestation of delicts in positive legal norms in Republic of Serbia are analised.
