Pedestrians are the most vulnerable category of road users. At the same time, pedestrians have the lowest level of education in terms of respecting the rules of conduct in traffic. Because of that, pedestrians are the most frequent victims of traffic accidents, and in terms of expert articles to rush the vehicle to pedestrians belong to the most complex analysis of the causes and course of the traffic accident. In these accidents expert testimony, as a rule, it must determine whether the vehicle driver was moving at a certain speed, the first could be expected as a pedestrian barrier, then you jemogao timely notice of pedestrians and finally whether he was able to avoid the rush or braking turning vehicles. As was mentioned above, through the analysis of these types of accidents is necessary to determine the spatial and temporal correlation of movement participants in road traffic accidents (vehicle and pedestrian), and this is due to a number of these parameters clearly a difficult and complex problem.
