This paper presents results of a research on the influence of some factors (support stiffness, load capacity) on the static behavior of supporting structure of machining system in the production of transport elements. The problem has been presented theoretically first, through the adequate mathematical model, based on the method of final elements, by using the program packet ALGOR[1]FEA and the correctness of the presented mathematical model has also been experimentally justified.
