MOBING U UPRAVLJANJU LJUDSKIM POTENCIJALIMA/ MOBBING IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Satisfaction in the workplace , positive work environment are vital elements that encourage maximum contribution , and maximum productivity of human potencials during the operation . In modern conditions, more and more attention is paid to the issues and problems of the development of a favorable working environment , and thus explore the numerous obstacles that threaten these goals. One of these states that in modern conditions isbecoming more common , is the issue of mobbing . The problem today is current in all business segments , and in all branches. Bosnia and Herzegovina is characterized in that it has a developed legal framework that regulates the issues of mobbing, its identification and combating this problem. In this study, the author points to the essence of the problem of mobbing , as seen from the theoretical framework , but pays special attention to identifying mobbing in Bosnia and Herzegovina , its monitoring and government responses in this domain . Question mobbing, his problem, which is shown through this study, it is characteristic of all companies in B&H . Specifically, these states and the results that have been identified, are used in companies of all sectors .
