The development of urban are as and road sand improvement of the mobility and flow of vehicles inadvertently devastated other urban areas and thus partially disable the safe transport of cyclists.The global trend of healthy living, environmental awareness, running away from the fast and stressful lifestyle, relaxation and sport activities contribute to increasing the number of cyclists on the roads in the Republic of Croatia.Bicycle traffic in cities is sometimes governed by the rules of themotor vehicle or pedestrian rules which further complicates the safe and smooth flow of bicycle traffic.Smaller height cyclists and narrow frontal silhouette with inadequate infrastructure in mixed urban traffic environment caused by poor visibility of cyclists which results in a further risk of injury. Since the period of the 2005th to 2012th The Republic of Croatia is not a trend of reducing flying to cyclists, the study sought to determine what proportion of the flying bicycle with the severity of injuries in the total number of road accidents in the Republic of Croatia. The increase in the use of bicycles as an important form satisfactory level of mobility of Croatian citizens determines the adjustment of the existing transport infrastructure to the application and implementation of measures to calm traffic in cities with the aim of increasing safety bicycle traffic
