Traffic accidents represent an extraordinary event, with different consequences and duration for participants in an accident, the section of the road on which the incident occurred and for all drivers and passengers who are walking this section of road. Length of partial or complete suspension of traffic on the road that occurred traffic accidents sometimes lasts for several hours. With the introduction of the European accident report is trying to reduce the waiting time for the police. European accident report to the standard form which is used throughout Europe and is valid instead of the crime scene, which is comprised of police, only in the case of small damages.
