Abstract

The degree of seat belts use while driving is inversely proportional to the risk of traffic accidents with fatalities and severely injured persons. The degree of use of seat belts in the Republic of Srpska is at a low level, compared with the countries of the world that are observed during their significance. Countries around the world that are at the time realized the problem of traffic safety campaigns carried out continuously in order to improve the behavior of participants in traffic. Similarly, in the Republic of Srpska was conducted one month campaign on the importance of wearing a seat belt. This paper presents the results and effects of conducted campaigns.
