Application of appropriate sports - recreational activities in the work process as content that contributes to productivity and is an important element for the preservation of working capacity, prolonging the active life cycle, eliminating fatigue and other effects. Through this co-author on a representative sample of the paper presents the results of public opinion towards sport, physical education and sport - recreational activities, as well as expand existing and discovering new knowledge about the impact of different models of sport -recreational programs.
