Abstract

Application of appropriate sports - recreational activities in the work process as content that contributes to productivity and is an important element for the preservation of working capacity, prolonging the active life cycle, eliminating fatigue and other effects. Through this co-author on a representative sample of the paper presents the results of public opinion towards sport, physical education and sport - recreational activities, as well as expand existing and discovering new knowledge about the impact of different models of sport -recreational programs. The main objective of this research is to determine the effects of sports - recreational activities, and acquiring new knowledge about a particular program models and their characteristics, surveillance, sports activities, family participation in sports activities; interest in local government for organizing sports and recreational activities; its responsibility Sports Federation.
