Abstract

We mention, think, plan, forecast what and how to do next. The world currently has no strategy for how to move forward, many of today's businesses are closing down and becoming a thing of the past. We are aware that not all jobs are subject to replacement. Occupations that require creativity, emotional and social intelligence remain beyond the reach of artificial intelligence. The question arises? What will happen to human resource power? What will the labor market look like? Will artificial intelligence require new types of jobs that we cannot even imagine today? Will creativity remain human? In the coming time, we must participate in intensive work and the growth of exports of finished products and faster growth of economic indicators in our region, we need to move in the direction of enabling people, citizens, population, companies, the entire system for the time we are currently in and which we expect to come.
