The digital transformation of court registers represents one of the most significant institutional and legal improvements in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last decade. The aim of the work is to analyze the legal and technical framework of online registration of business entities through the implementation of the BizReg.ba platform, and to look at the practical effects of the new model of electronic registration in courts. The research is motivated by the need to modernize registration procedures, speed up the establishment of business entities and harmonize domestic regulations with European standards of digital administration. In the work, normative and analytical-comparative methods are applied, along with a detailed analysis of the Law on Registration of Business Entities ("Official Gazette of FBiH", number: 27/05, 68/05, 43/09, 63/14, 32/19 - decision US and 85/21). Regulation on the maintenance of the register of business entities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ('Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina', No. 93/23 and 33/24) and the Rulebook on the content, form and manner of filling out the application for registration and the conditions and procedure for electronic registration of business entities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ('Official Gazette of the Federation of
Bosnia and Herzegovina', No. 34/24). The results show that the new regulations bring a clearer institutional structure, digital forms and a single database that enables interoperability between courts and other authorities. The special value of the research is reflected in the practical insight into the application of digital solutions from case law, which contributes to the understanding of the legal and technical aspects of the digitalization of the judiciary and the creation of a more favorable business environment in accordance with European integration processes.
