Abstract

For a long time, there was an opinion that management organizational solutions and leadership methodology with leadership styles were common or approximately the same throughout the world. This projection was based on the relatively uniform principles of the social market economy of Europe and the prevailing logic of the free economy in the USA and around the world.

Globalization as an economic-political process increasingly connected the world in an economic, technological and commercial sense, that is, it increasingly homogenized it both internally and managerially. It should be emphasized that today the world is diverse in terms of cultural and political identities, practically more than 210 countries are made up of thousands of ethnic specialties with unlimited cultural differences. Identity is the way in which an individual, group or institution differs from one another. Economic and business globalization corresponds to political fragmentation and cultural diversity. Both of these dimensions are the framework around which people are interested in existing on a common mental map. Social identities are social institutions created by people in their interactions to describe and shape their social position and interests, abilities and power, change and development. Managerial identity means the unity of feelings, thoughts and business activities of managers in finding different solutions and exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. Managerial identity through the flexibility of the management system represents the basis for increasing business efficiency and strategic development capabilities of the organization.
