Abstract

Communication constitutes the foundation of human society and serves as a key process for the exchange of information between a sender and a receiver. This paper analyzes both theoretical and practical aspects of communication, focusing on formal and informal models, including the Shannon, interactive, and transactional models. Special attention is given to verbal and nonverbal communication, the importance of first impressions, feedback, authenticity, and the communicator's social skills. The analysis also examines the role of digital media, cultural contexts, and psychological factors in shaping effective communication. Through a literature review and analysis of existing models, the paper emphasizes the significance of active listening, understanding context, and cultural differences, highlighting the multidimensional nature of contemporary communication and its implications for both professional and personal life.
