Abstract

Digitization as a new technological achievement is important for the reduction of financial and legal services, but also enables long-distance communication and data recording and transmission of the same to interested parties and service users. It is implemented in all aspects of business. The automation of service provision enables more expeditious and economical service provision, and legal services in legal matters are provided with competition so that more educated staff, with less experience, new methodology and acceptable prices of services, in this field can come to the fore. Data protection is of great importance, which is why there are a large number of data protection experts in the world, as well as a large number of information security experts. Closely related to this is ethics in every business, especially with lawyers as responsible persons in providing services, while the term compliance is understood purely as a legal term. Business ethics and compliance is something that with organizational and communication skills and additional training, lawyers can get a significant role in these areas, and the role of prevention of legal and other risks through internal acts, monitoring ethics and business compliance, combining professions through intelligent technology (IT ) to survive in the modern world of service delivery.
