The modern world and life in the modern age have led to the emergence of technological advancements in every segment. Digital transformation and automation are terms that are often mentioned, and the business of the future without digital transformation becomes unimaginable. In this paper, it was mentioned how it is possible to use the opportunities of the modern era and all the positive aspects of digitization and automation for the progress of a small but very rich state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is safe to say that digital transformation has become a prerequisite for the success of any business. Also, with the advancement of technology, automation has become more and more present. Everyday improvements in technology have made it possible to implement robots. Robots have been used in production for a long time, and other production sectors are increasingly using advanced industrial robotics.
