The primary motive of this research is to determine the impact of the Covid-19 virus pandemic on the human position in business structures facing urgent demands for the highest possible level of computerization and automation. For this purpose, primary and secondary data sources, statistical indicators and previously conducted research on the effects of the pandemic on global organizational structures were consulted. The main result of the research is the fact that the Covid-19 virus pandemic is the driver of many changes in business, and thus accelerates the need to transform the role of man in increasingly automated systems. Global supply chains that want to maintain or expand their market shares in rapidly changing market conditions are forced to adapt the modus operandi extremely quickly. Determining the direction of thinking towards the effective reorganization of a person's position and upgrading his competencies in order to maintain his competitive position in business systems, are an important feature of this research.
