Transition is considered to be more risky in traffic. The shadows are less risky left turns. To perform these actions, drivers need maximum concentration in order to avoid an accident and finish the action safely. A particularly complicated situation arises when a driver crosses the left-hand vehicle, and such traffic accidents are very common. For the analysis of such traffic accidents special attention of experienced experts is needed, which, based on the conducted spatial analysis, will answer the question which driver caused the accident. This type of collision can not be routinely or typed, but each case requires very precise and detailed analysis. The result of this analysis must give an answer to the question whether the intersection path has been cut or the intersection path has been cut. A comparative time analysis of overturning and diversion gives the answer that the action lasted for a long time, or whether the actions of overturning or turning actions were undertaken before. This analysis must precisely determine the spatial and temporal interdependence of the movement of both participants in traffic accidents, which is obviously a difficult and complex problem in view of the set of parameters mentioned above. The expert is obliged to find and determine all material elements whose analysis, with the application of certain laws and rules, will determine the dynamics of the traffic accident most reliably.
