In themid-1970s, it was thought that management organizational solutions and leadership styles were common or similar throughout the world. This view is clearly based on the relatively uniform principles of Europe’s social market economy and the prevailing logic of the free economy in the United States and around the world. Globalization is if the political - economic process increasingly connects the world in terms of economy, technology and commercialism, and thus homogenizes it internally and managerially. Economic and business globalization, on the other hand, corresponds to political fragmentation and cultural diversity. Both are a framework within which people are constantly wondering, how to place each other on a common mental map. In doing so, they want to discover what they have in common and what distinguishes them, which in other words means that they are looking for their identity. Management systems mean a harmonized mix of relatively uniform managerial ideas and approaches and different managerial identities. All general principles of management derive from the practical procedures of organizations and their stakeholders in terms of effectively solving business problems and taking advantage of business opportunities. Modern technological, social and market changes require "new" managers, new management rules, different methods within different management systems and managerial identity in the future.
