Due to the lack of manpower in the wider environment, the company decides to supply and hire manpower from the Philippines. The Philippines is a country with a long, even centuries-old tradition of going abroad to work, as the Philippines was a colony of Spain and the United States. As ten percent of the population works abroad, which means approximately 10 million workers, and over the years it has often happened, and is happening now, that some workers are deceived, both by people who "arranged" their jobs abroad, and by employers , The Philippines has enacted rigorous laws and regulations under which Filipino workers can go to work abroad. Also, the Republic of Croatia is from 01.01.2021. passed a new law on the employment of foreigners in the Republic of Croatia. The employer must carefully study all the rules imposed on him to employ foreigners in his production, which is why agencies accredited to supply foreign workers in the Republic of Croatia are usually used in cooperation with Philippine agencies accredited to employ Filipino workers abroad. This paper deals with the entire process of selecting, supplying and hiring Filipino workers in the Republic of Croatia and the cost of employing Filipino workers in the Republic of Croatia.
