Abstract

The refugee and migrant crisis are inseparable from our reality, although the phenomenon and concept of refugees do not represent news in human history. Not long ago, it is determined by international law - the 1951. Convention on the Status of Refugees, the 1967. Protocol on the Status of Refugees. resolution 2198 (XXI) adopted by the United Nations General Assembly. The research in this paper focuses on the problem of socio-spatial positioning of refugees and migrants in the transit and origin states of their initiation, while questioning their temporary detention on the premises of the countries where they are located. "Persons on the move" - moved from the primary place of living are placed in another space. They are also placed in different socio-economic, environment/condition with an emphasized that this is temporary position in which they are located. This is also evident by the term used to identify this temporary leaving place such as Refugee camps. These camps represent places without identity (non places), same as the people living in those places are often without official identity or country
