Abstract

In modern business conditions, innovations are an important prerequisite for successful business changes, in order to ensure sustainable competitiveness in the domestic and global markets. In these countries, there are no significant financial investments in research and development activities, as well as in science, which is the basis for the creation of new knowledge and innovation. There are also other limiting factors that prevent the innovative development of the economies of these countries. In conditions when changes are gaining in intensity, they are crucial the factor of competitiveness of any economy becomes innovation. Developing countries must increase their own innovation capacities in the form of creating an appropriate knowledge structure, investing in the development of new technologies and providing other resources that encourage the development of innovation potential.
