Abstract

Globalization is a process of removing barriers to the movement of goods, capital, people, and ideas in the modern world. It is primarily an economic and economically driven process. It is based on the free market as a mechanism that governs the economy but also human society. The essence of the process of globalization as we know it today is to unite one open market without restrictions. New technologies enable rapid investment of capital in a country, but also its withdrawal at the same speed. Globalization is inevitable due to the achieved stage in the development of communication technology and transport. What has significantly changed the world is the development of new technologies and the Internet that have made communication simple. The result of the research is financial transactions of the European Union, exposure to trade in goods and services within the European Union, which shows a significant change in the world and trade that we once knew.
