The road safety situation in existing conditions as a turning point in the use of new technologies requires the establishment of new measures for the application of new solutions in the transport system, despite the fact that it is characterized by a high level of technical and technological achievements. Requirements placed in front of the traffic system have the effect of introducing the digitization process, the need for a higher degree of automation, and ultimately a higher degree of mobility. It is undoubtedly a phenomenon that has shifted from the individual to the massive traffic system, which is why it is necessary to study their causes, relationships and consequences for the sake of sustainability and better management of the traffic system. The requirements for improving the safety of road traffic for the transport system are a challenge, especially with regard to proposals for the application of new technical technological solutions. In order to achieve the set goal, "Vision zero", by 2050, new measures need to be established, the implementation of which will result in improved and improved road transport safety, with new technology solutions being focused.
