Abstract

Each reformi n education, especially radical changes, is, besides all, based on the directions oft he society development. Therefore it is necessary to have in mind the vision oft he future world and its general growth. The socio – working milieu and ther features oft he society are the platform for the reform procedure. Given this, today's self – education society must improve the environment for life and the economy, which means the realization of humanity, ie giving the human element an advantage over the material elements and the results of development. The author analyses the position of the education between the change and the conservation, between the past, the present and the future and the necessity that education make changes.
