Abstract

The legal framework of the procurement system of Bosnia and Herzegovina is regulated by the Law on Public Procurement, which entered into force and is published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina No. 39 of 19.05.2014. The Public Procurement Law provides a detailed description of who must, how to conduct public procurement procedures, and which bodies are exempted from conducting public procurement procedures. According to the topic in this paper, the procedures of public procurement will be elaborated. The Public Procurement System is a decentralized system and as such implies that each contracting authority can independently procure public procurement in accordance with the valuable class of the procurement concerned
