The most common causes for the traffic accidents with almost fatal consequences are the unadjusted speed to the driving conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol, the failure of the seat belt and distraction of the driver's attention. Furthermore, using of the mobile phones by the driving, navigation, various multimedia systems, conversations of a group of passengers in the car and listening to music lead to distraction, or influence the distraction of the driver during to the managing of the vehicle. In this chapter, we are going to show how the listening of music may have a negative consequnces on the driver's cognitive abilities, as well as the influence of conversation and of a group of passengers in a vehicle on a driver during driving a car (as key distractors) This problem is especially present and expressed in the behavior of young drivers during joint exits and visits to certain social events, especially in the late hours at weekends. Therefore, this article should present some measures and procedures, how and in what way the preventive action and influence can improve the safety of young people in daily traffic. with that type of access we want to affect the level of awareness with young drivers about the dangers that are related to distraction, to prevent the emrgence of thede appearances ie reduce the number of traffic accidents and the number of young dead lives.
