Abstract

New product certification is growing rapidly across the region, Europe and the world, as a market-based "tool" for preventing environmental pollution and promoting sustainable development in a globalized environment. In the new environment, mutual recognition programs are being developed and common criteria are being set up to prevent commercial barriers and facilitate sustainable eco-production. Modern companies and companies offer quality products and services to consumers in the market, they are open to continuous improvement, reducing eco-risks and costs, gaining consumer confidence, operating in accordance with relevant legal regulations and timely fulfillment of legal obligations. Trust is a key component of the reliability of the tagging program, and the meaning of the tag must be beyond doubt. With the ambition to make money, some companies intentionally portray their products as environmentally friendly, and this creates unfair competition. With the ambition to make money, some companies intentionally portray their products as environmentally friendly, and this creates unfair competition. New developments and standards of continuous comparison with competitors provide an opportunity to compare product quality in a postmodern setting. New criteria are needed, including the ecological cycle, and in the body of this paper, they introduce us to a system of certification of new products, in terms of creating and increasingly attractive systems of modern production and business excellence.
