Quality is considered to be the most significant phenomenon of our time with a constant trend of its emphasis. The Japanese business boom has shocked the West for a long time, and it has taken a long time to delve into the secrets of its success, which underpinned a new quality philosophy. Quality today is a global phenomenon that, in its full meaning, has conquered Europe after Japan and America. Customers have long realized what quality is, they know exactly and feel the quality of the product. The difference between successful and less successful organizations is that the successful ones recognize and respect the needs and requirements of the customers and put the quality of their products first. Since the organization is an integral part of society and in an interactive relationship with the environment, it structures its resources efficiently through the structure, creating complex products and services. The goal of the organization is to survive in the long term in the market, with regular profits for owners and shareholders. Sustainability is achieved through competitive advantage through price leadership or differentiation. Quality is the way to achieve differentiation. Quality has become a fundamental factor of economic efficiency and a fundamental principle of action of all successful organizations.
