All business organizations in the 21st century are faced with the question of how to use a variety of business models and strategies to find a solution for some of their problems and improve their business. To achieve enterprise efficiency it is necessary to motivate employees, and the great influence, even a decisive influence can have social and ethical responsibility (and should) managers.This paper talks about the impact of social and ethical responsibility (and should) managers to motivate employees. Of course it is necessary to give models that will help managers and employees in the company to achieve greater efficiency in the company.Moral reasons for social responsibility come down to a simple concept: It is right. It is in the interest of the company, increasing the company's reputation, and may lead to an increase in the number of customers, and in the best interests of shareholders. So that social and ethical behavior primarily managers can encourage companies to bring new personnel, easier to manage risk, gain and keep a reputation among customers, and other factors in society which are essential for the company. Employee motivation can not be held without the social and ethical responsibilities of managers of a company which is a necessity in today's business and the company, and it will be in the future.
