DIGITALNI TAHOGRAF I NJEGOVA PRIMJENA U BIH / DIGITAL TACHOGRAPH AND APPLICATION OF DIGITAL TACHOGRAPH IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Abstract

Since there is public road transport of goods and passengers, it has been attempted to control the length of the path and the driving speed oft he vehicle and the working time of the mobile staff. In Roman times, the control of the traversed track was carried out by wheel size and little balls, which for each full rotation of the wheel dropped from one vessel to another, based on the lenght of the path and the assumed speed of the carriage, the time it took for the transport, working time of the staff involved in the transport.Throughout the ages, various mechanisms of control working hours mobile workers, vehicles they manage, their speeds and distance traveled has been changed, which at the end of the sixties and early seventies of the last century led to the beginnings of analogue tachographs whose application continues today.All the methods of control so far had their significance, but also some disadvantages that left space for mobile staff and their employers for various malversations to one another or to supervisory bodies.In order to maximally eliminate the deficiencies of the above-mentioned control mechanisms, begins the application of digital tachographs, which have many protective elements to prevent data forgery, facilitates the control of mobile workforce and vehicle operation and facilitates the recording and retention of data.
