Abstract

The use of seat belts in passenger cars, greatly reduces the risk of serious injuries in road accidents. By increasing their use increases traffic safety. A survey at the end of 2015, the current rate is determined by its use in the Republic of Serbian. The research results were visualized at gas stations and intersections, which gives a very clear definition of the spatial distribution of the use of seat belts. Based on the results, it can be decided on the application method of increasing traffic safety in areas where it is most needed and monitor the effectiveness of methods applied.
