The modern paradigm integrating the processes of globalization, digitalization and new green regulations undoubtedly affects the transformation of traditional supply chains, and the focus is directed towards sustainability and resilience in the circumstances of global uncertainty. Growing awareness of climate change and the need for long-term sustainable business contributes to the accelerated development of new innovative solutions that reduce negative environmental impacts, while increasing the efficiency and security of supply chains. The paper analyzes key contemporary trends in supply chain management with a special emphasis on the processes of digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology and aspects of green logistics. The context of these processes and their synergistic action in order to contribute to the achievement of the goals of green transition and sustainable development is analyzed. The methodological approach, based on the analysis of recent scientific research and case studies, seeks to identify the key factors influencing the development of sustainable supply chains. The role of artificial intelligence in process optimization and the development of predictive analytics, the use of blockchain technology in order to achieve greater transparency and data security, and the importance of developing logistics solutions that are environmentally friendly are analyzed. The results of the research show that the integration of modern technologies increases efficiency, reduces the ecological footprint and strengthens the resilience of supply chains to external disruptions. With the insights gained, decision-makers of strategic planning and implementation of sustainable business models within supply chain management can make more efficient and pragmatic decisions more agile.
