Abstract

Preferred transition and environmental objectives (BDP growth, employment growth and clean air, clean water and unpolluted land) are limited by a series of questions such as: How many are willing to pay to get to this goal? Do we know what the price of non- compliance of the natural environment? The answers to these two questions give supporters of
philosophy: scarcity, izobiljnosti and neutrality. At supporter of scarcity there is the view that prudence is a lot of certain limitations and dangers, that human activities do not get out of control and so these do not destroy the complex eco sisteme. So unintended consequences can navladati human power and dam eco unity could burst and overwhelm us stormy eco more. Supporters this philosophy now ask themselves a question: Is humanity prone to self- destruction? The short answer je. The human race has practiced sustainable economic growth and the same must learn to live within the limits of modest natural resources, otherwise we will suffer a terrible and irreparable consequences. Supporters of the philosophy of abundance alleges that we are still far from the exhaustion of natural resources and the technical and technological mogućnosti. By their viewpoint we can expect with joy unending economic growth and rising living standards. Neutrals are among each other's supporters and the same state that for centuries people attack the environment, starting from early man to the present
day.
