Abstract

The theme of my work is the legal and ecological aspects of the environment. The environment or the human environment represents everything that surrounds us, that is, everything that directly or indirectly links human life and production activity. More recently, the protection of the environment is gaining ever greater significance in European Union policy. The Environmental Protection System, within its mandate, provides: the republic and the autonomous province; municipality or city; companies, other domestic and foreign legal entities and entrepreneurs who use natural values in the performance of economic and other activities, endanger or pollute the environment; scientific and professional organizations and other public services and, citizens, groups of citizens, their associations. All subjects of the environmental protection system are obliged to preserve and improve the environment.
