In this paper, existing legislation concerning compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH is presented (decisions, rulebooks, standards), Condition, Premium systems, Tariff of Compulsory Insurance against automobile liability in FBiH. The backbone of this paper are provisions of bonus-malus in compulsory inusrance against automobile liability in FBiH, practice on the market of compulsory insurance against automobile liability until May 2015, statistic data regarding market of compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH until May 2015, activities of the Agency for Surveilance of Insurance in FBiH until May 2015, statistic data regarding market of compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH as of May 2015. This paper brings into connection a role of legislative regulations in bonus-malus provisions in compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH and activities of the Agency for Surveilance of Insurance of FBiH and their impacts on market of compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH. In this paper, other effects as well as perspective of application of bonus-malus provisions in compulsory insurance against automobile liability in FBiH as well as preparations for reforms in the area of insurance as a precondition to joint the EU.
