Abstract

A small number of organizations in the construction management system to protect the environment, begins One. Many organizations have a responsible person, dedicated to the protection of the environment. Measure the success of the organization or system is shown through its productivity. For managers, productivity is an indicator of the efficiency and competitiveness of its enterprises, departments or services. The level of productivity can affect inflation, economic growth and balance of payments. For example, an increase in productivity will contribute to decrease the inflation effect rising costs of labor, materials, energy and other inputs in production. In addition, productivity improvements will strengthen the competitive position of the company or companies. Productivity is essentially the link between output of goods and services from organizations and inputs, such as capital, labor, energy, raw materials and others. The higher the numerical value of the ratio of output to the input, the higher the productivity. This points to the need for setting prices on all the factors that come out of the organization, as well as all input factors.
