Abstract

The paper presented a study on the need for additional traffic education in the system of education of young drivers. The systemic approach to solving the problems of young drivers as a risk category of traffic participants on the one hand requires a detailed analysis of traffic accidents in which they participated and, on the other hand, , educational and other parameters that are crucial in shaping attitudes, skills and behavior of young drivers. In addition to drugs and alcohol, it seems that speeding up becomes one of the more frequent weddings of young people. The subject of the study will be precisely this category of drivers, and their behavior in traffic. In addition, there will be a commentary on driver training, and several proposals will be presented as a solution to the problem. The goals of the work are to draw attention to the necessity of special treatment of additional traffic education and the mentioned critical category of drivers, bearing in mind the statistics that show that the main causes and participants in traffic accidents and violations are precisely the members of that group.
