Abstract

Each organization of the society, especially business organizations, requires certain building of a management system. In order to achieve competitive success business organizations must have a competitive advantage in the form of low costs or product differentiation. Also, it is necessary to gain competitive advantage by providing long-term products and services of high quality and continuous innovation of products and services. Specifically, the global economic crisis has influenced the change of behavior of companies when it comes to maintaining competitiveness. In accordance with this fact, the scientific paper especially elaborated management organization in times of crisis. Also, a new organization has been designed to meet emerging business conditions that require a new understanding of competitiveness, i.e. adapting to customer demands.
