Abstract

An organization cannot successfully do business in the region if it does not apply modern management methods and techniques. The primary purpose of managing a business organization is making various business decisions that are used to combine resources in order to benefit achieving business goals as well as stable market position, growth and development. Modern business conditions require making quick business decisions regarding the adjustment of market conditions. Having in mind these crucial facts the scientific paper provides a detailed explanation of the role of modern methods and techniques for the development of competitiveness of domestic enterprises, compared to the modern organization of the modern world economy. It is particularly emphasized the role of place, and importance of modern management tools, such as TQM, IMS, benchmarking and corporate social responsibility. At the end of the paper, in the form of concluding observations, the research results we obtained in the process of this project have been presented.
