When a traffic accident occurs it is necessary to perform a technical inspection of vehicles, if it allows the extent of damage to the vehicle-ma. Technical inspection of vehicles and measuring brake force is specifically required to do the inconvenient traffic where a burst of vehicles on pedestrians, depending on the time of day would be useful to perform measurements of the beam and the vehicle. In order to determine the flow and causes traffic accident calculations are performed on the basis of which it receives the vehicle speed at the moment of collision. In calculating the speed of a vehicle is one of the important parameter is the amount of deceleration of the vehicle could achieve. Result wrongly chosen the wrong vehicle deceleration defined vehicle speed, and thus the surreal image analysis of time and space accident events that can substantially affect the assessment of responsibility for the occurrence of the same, and hence the fate of parties in the same.
