Abstract

The paper analyzes the issues of implementation of the law on working hours mandatory rest periods, mobile workers and devices for recording in road transport in Bosnia and Herzegovina and argue strategic guidance adjustment and improvement of this segment in the context of European integration, which means the development of intermodal transport network. From the standpoint of security explain the priority legislative measures, infrastructure and operational methods in order to comply with the working time in the transport of passengers and goods.
